Order Status

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. We will send an email with tracking information once your order is shipped. A link to track your order and expected delivery date will be included when the delivery method allows it. 


  • Standard shipping: $10.20 flat rate (1-3 business days)

  • Next-Day to 2-Day Express shipping: $28.75 (1-2 business days)

  • Standard overnight shipping: $39.99 (next day) 


We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order. To make changes to your order prior to shipping, please email us at 


Order Shipment 

We currently ship only in the United-States. For shipping outside of the United States, please email us 

Once you've placed your order, please allow 5 to 7 business days to process it for delivery. Standard shipping time is usually 2-5 business days. We offer expedited shipping options. ​


You have 30 days from the shipping date to make any return. You will need to pay for your own freight. Before returning any items, please email us at to notify us. We do not provide prepaid return labels, you are responsible for covering shipping costs 

Be aware that return item (s) must be unworn, unwashed, free from makeup, deodorant or perfume stains. Bodysuits, swimwear and undergarments are non-refundable. Damaged, and/or incorrect item (s) must be notified within a window of 3 business days of delivery. Simply contact us via email at . Be aware that Buckets 2 Baskets® LLC reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse and/or reject returns from customers with the following: An excessive returns history that involves worn, damaged, laundered, missing and potential fraudulent or criminal activity.


Lost Orders 

Buckets 2 Baskets® LLC is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please make sure to keep proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your return items. If you're not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on your location and delivery method you choose.


You may also have to go to your local post office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.


Out of Stock Policy or Restocking Policy


Items out of stock will be updated as “Out Of Stock” as soon as possible. If you happen to purchase an item that just went Out of Stock you will receive a notification on further steps. Out of stock items will take 5 to 12 business days to restock. If it happens to take longer you will be immediately notified through email. If there is an item you like and it’s Out of Stock, please contact us through chat or email. We appreciate your business.
